Success Story – Sept – Ms. Allen
Ms. Allen is a long-term resident at Terra Bella Rehabilitation. Ms. Allen’s journey started with a decline in conditioning and overall decline in independence with day to day living task and walking. With a hard work and custom therapy plan, Ms. Allen can perform self-care tasks, transfers, and bed mobility with supervision, and is walking 125 feet with a four-wheel walker with reduced caregiver assistance.
Success Story – Aug – Mr. Young
Mr. Young is a long-term resident at Terra Bella Rehabilitation. Mr. Young was referred to therapy with a significant decline in endurance, transfers, and ability to perform his activities of daily living. With a strong work ethic and individualized physical and occupational plan of care, Mr. Young has gained independence.
Success Story – July – Mr. Edward
Mr. Edward is a long-term resident of Terra Bella Health and Wellness. After demonstrating a significant decline in everyday task and ambulation he was evaluated by physical and occupational therapy to address his needs. After working hard with the therapy team, Mr. Edward has returned to his prior level of function, demonstrating increased independence in walking with his walker and requires no assistance for everyday tasks.
Success Story – June – Ms. Gales
Ms. Gales is a resident at Terra Bella Rehabilitation who originally presented with a significant decline in conditioning and overall functional abilities to walk and perform daily activities. However, through her strong work ethic and specialized physical and occupational therapy plan, she has regained her independence to perform self-care tasks and mobility.
