Success Story – Sept – Ms. Allen

Ms. Allen is a long-term resident at Terra Bella Rehabilitation. Ms. Allen’s journey started with a decline in conditioning and overall decline in independence with day to day living task and walking.

At evaluation, Ms. Allen required moderate assistance walking with a four-wheel walker, minimal assistance with activities of daily living and transfers.

With a hard work and custom therapy plan, Ms. Allen can perform self-care tasks, transfers, and bed mobility with supervision, and is walking 125 feet with a four-wheel walker with reduced caregiver assistance.
