“I’ve come a long way since I got here.”

James Sidner admitted to Terra Bella Health and Wellness following hospitalization due to a fall at home. At admission, James required assistance from caregivers to complete dressing task, transfers and performing toileting task.    

With hard work and determination, James is now able to perform dressing task, transfers and walking with a rolling walker without caregiver assistance. 

James is well on his way to transition home independently.
