Success Story – June – Ms. Gales

Ms. Gales is a resident at Terra Bella Rehabilitation who originally presented with a significant decline in conditioning and overall functional abilities to walk and perform daily activities. However, through her strong work ethic and specialized physical and occupational therapy plan, she has regained her independence to perform self-care tasks and mobility. Due to Ms. Gale’s strong determination and positive mindset, she is working to achieve all her therapy goals to improve her overall quality of life.
