Success Story – July – Mr. Edward

Mr. Edward is a long-term resident of Terra Bella Health and Wellness.  After demonstrating a significant decline in everyday task and ambulation he was evaluated by physical and occupational therapy to address his needs. Our amazing therapist created a specialized plan of care to maximize his functional independence.

After working hard with the therapy team, Mr. Edward has returned to his prior level of function, demonstrating increased independence in walking with his walker and requires no assistance for everyday tasks.  Now Mr. Edward’s can focus on enjoying all his favorite activities the facility has to offer.
