Success Story – Aug – Mr. Young

Mr. Young is a long-term resident at Terra Bella Rehabilitation. Mr. Young was referred to therapy with a significant decline in endurance, transfers, and ability to perform his activities of daily living.

With a strong work ethic and individualized physical and occupational plan of care, Mr. Young has gained independence. He can perform self-care tasks, transfers, and bed mobility with minimal caregiver assistance.

Mr. Young is achieving his goals and preparing to graduate from rehabilitation services.
