Michelle Dunn was admitted to Terra Bella Health and Wellness with a diagnosis of pancytopenia. At evaluation, Michelle required maximum assistance with upperbody dressing and total assistance with lower body dressing, functional transfers, and toileting. She was also unable to ambulate upon admission.

With hard work and determination, Michelle is now able to perform upper-body dressing, self-care, and functional transfers with minimal assistance. She is able to perform lowerbody dressing, self-care, and toileting with moderate assistance. She is also able toambulate 20 feet with moderate assistance while using a rolling walker. We are excited to share that Michelle is well on her way to reaching her ultimate goal of returning home to her family.
